(EMMD)                      Recruitment,   developement   and   utilization   of
              human   resources  for  Atomic  Energy  Organization  of
         Iran   (AEOI)   are   the   most   important   responsibilities  of
    this  management.
In  order  to  achieve  these  objectives, cooperation  with  the  universities
and    International   Scientific   Associations,   as   well   as   trainings   for
employees   are   necessary.
The  above  tasks are  done  by  the  following  sections :
