A E O I - P E P A Home Feedback Sitemap Search Library                    This  Department mainly  deals  with the
         legal affairs of AEOI in the domestic and international
levels by taking necessary legal steps for the protection of  AEOI's
rights  against   natural or  legal   persons   ( such  as  employees ,
contractors or trainees who are granted scholarships  with  service
commitments towards AEOI) inside the country as well as  foreign
corporations and institutions  having contractual   relationship with
AEOI. The other function  of this  department is  cooperating  and
rendering services for legislative and parliamentary affairs of AEOI
including  preparation  and   submission   of   legal  bills regarding
AEOI's  goals and activities and following up the related legislative
procedure in the parliament and establishing necessary contact and
coordination with the legislative power.
The above tasks are carried out by the following groups:
