This department is responsible to prepare
       and conclude contracts  for  required supplies and services during BNPP construction period.
SCD is responsible for follow up of contractual obligations of  parties and reflecting them to  AEOI  Vice President  in appropriate time.  This  department  is  also responsible to properly  holding  of tenders,  providing  tender documents with   co-operation of  other  departments ,  checking   the prices and final checking of the invoices and certificates of contractors  and   consultants.    SCD   shall   control  and supervise  the  opening  of  necessary  LCs and control the completeness of related documents of purchased items and their  transportation  against  conditions  set   forth  in  the contract.
