RCLA was established in 1974 and has
              been involved in designing and construction of various
      lasers,  laser  science  and  manpower  development,  establishing  production line of lasers and their related parts and supplying the needs
of other laser research centers. Moreover , this center  has  been  quite active in development  of  related  technologies such as optics, coating, optomechanics,  glass   blowing etc., as  well  as   co-operation   with universities    and    educational   centers    throughout    the  country .
